DANJEN Striping was officially started in the year 2000 by Gary Snyder along with his wife, Shelly. Unofficially, the company’s history dates back to 1944 when Gary’s father Robert started painting parking lots, continuing to do so into the 1970’s. Gary began working with his father in the early 1960’s and did so until pursuing a personal career in printing during the 1970’s. After feeling a calling to return to the family business, Gary did return, and the company then became known as the DANJEN Striping Company based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
Currently, Gary is training another generation of operators seeking to eventually spend his retirement in the Florida sun. He is currently mentoring the Company’s new Vice President of Operations, Adriana Granada. Adriana is an immigrate from Columbia who has spent her life in construction, even owning her own company. An experienced and driven leader, Adriana brings enthusiasm and skill to the company’s leadership. She oversees our crews of experienced, professional painters and operates the day-to-day affairs of DANJEN serving the area of Cleveland, Ohio and Cuyahoga County.
